2 xbox accounts, 1 microsoft account

  My account is not "lost". I can log into it on Xbox live and on the forum. (i posted this question from "account 2". I however cannot log into it on the Microsoft page, because it logs me into account 1, using account 2's email.
  
• If I use email 1 or 2 on Microsoft page, it logs me into account 1.
  
• account 1 email logs me into account 1 on xbox
  
• account 2 email logs me into account 2 on xbox
  
• I don't want account 2. but i want to use email 2 for account 1. for everything.
  
• Email 2 is not listed as an alias on account 1. but that's the email my verification code goes to from account 1 and 2.
  
• Anytime I use a code for account 1 or 2 it just logs me into account 1 on Microsoft.
  
• Even while on this forum for account 2, I click "my Microsoft account" and it take me to account 1.
  

It doesn't show as redeemed, but I can give you the activation key and what time I redeemed the code.

I logged into my microsoft account, but it prompted me to make an xbox account which I did. Now, I think the minecraft activation code is now binded to the xbox account that it prompted me to make.

I know I'm sounding so dumb, but that is what happened. Please Help me.

Edit: It shows I haven't made a purchase for the last 3 months.

Edit: I actually logged into my mom's account and redeemed the activation key there. Thanks for entertaining my stupid question, Sorry for the inconvenience

Just a reminder that you cannot have two Xbox accounts on one Microsoft account. The Xbox profile is part of your Microsoft account, it is not another account. Would you please confirm that you redeemed the code for Minecraft on the correct Microsoft account? The Minecraft game should show as "Redeemed" on your Microsoft account order history (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders).

If it is showing as redeemed, please give me more details on what happens that you cannot play Minecraft. Do you receive an error message?

so as we already know you cant delete Xbox accounts with out deleting you Microsoft account so this wouldn't be the case.

it logs me into a account with the game tag as level30Boss but my game tag should be level303071

and I do have screen shots that it sends me notification for both Xbox accounts on to one Email

when i log in to Minecraft for example it says i never bought the account yet but I'm 100% sure I have,

that is due to it trying to log into the second Xbox account account













and the mail that I got for these accounts were identical.

as you can see it sends notifications from game tags level30boss and level303071 which means that there are indeed two accounts in one Email,

How can i fix this

So you also have two accounts on one Gmail?

If so you can't use your Xbox account.

I had to re-buy minecarft and restart minecraft servers due to this problem.
