2 x Xbox Ones network issues

We have two xb1s on the same Network. Either one or both of them display the NAT as Strict. It's preventing us from joining the same online games (in particular gta) and is kicking us out of party chat. We have tried the following; port triggering, confirmed
that upnp is enabled, port forwarding, static IPs, dmz (all tried independently of each other). We've tried resetting the router, restoring to factory settings. Weve tried one on wired and one on wireless. Nothing has worked. We are on virgin media super hub
2 (UK). Please help!

2 xbox ones on one network issues

I recently purchased 2 xbox with two gold accounts. One for me and one for my room mate. The issue is we can get them both connected with two copies of destiny and forza Horizon. I have the nighthawk router, blast 50 from Comcast, and one is connected
directly to router.

the issues:

destiny we rec. frequent drops when trying to join the same fire team and chat drops

horizon: we can connect but one wireless has lag and no chat

my question is what can I try to fix the issues as this should be able to complete.

Do both xboxes have open NATs?

Also i've seen mentioned that activision games wont allow 2 people on 2 different consoles in the same house to party up due to both having the same public IP address even with open NATs although i'm not sure how true this is so you would need someone else
who knows for sure to confirm this.

Sorry to hear about the NAT issues! Unfortunately the Super Hub 2 does not support multiple consoles connected to it. That explains the NAT issues you have been experiencing. For more information, you can refer to our

If trying the steps you have mentioned didn't help, I strongly recommend looking at acquiring a router and modem combo. I know this is not the ideal answer, but I hope it helps!

Unfortunately depending on where you are in the world the internet goes from Great in certain countries to very poor in others. Even countries that should have great internet based on their economy etc it seems that internet especially for gamers isn't
the priority

I have been going through the same issues. I have done everything I can think of, but haven't found a "permanent" fix yet...

Perform a hard reset EXACTLY Like this.

Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
