    2 x 12 month Xbox live Gold did not stack


    Hi,

    I redeemed two 12 month gold codes yesterday. For some reason they did not stack together and appear on my account as two separate 12 month subscriptions with the same end date rather than one 24 month subscription.

    Does anyone know how to resolve this?

    xbox live gold membership

    The free month wont stack (I think) but the 2 x 13 month subs will.

    You can stack up to 36 months of xbox live gold subs.

    You can stack Xbox Live Gold time for up to 3 years. The 12 months will be added to whatever you already have left.

    happened to me except mine didn't run out, I just had 12 month gold card activated on it in december, so it should've stacked, yet it still did it to me i went from 3 to 2.
