2 weeks suspended for FALSE ACCUSATIONS!

i have been getting God knows how many false reports against my account. Ludicrous accusations that are completely unfounded and I have been banned from even playing anything online for no reason, for a service I pay hard working money for!!! Please fix
this ASAP! This is unamerican! I Dont trash talk or cheat or hack or anything of any of those natures! I dont even own a mic to trash talk or do anything like that for Gods sake. This is crazy and completely unjust in ever matter of the word. People who falsely
report and falsely accuse should be getting banned, not the hardcore gamers who play to win, play fair and play to have fun! My gamer tag is -

Microsoft does not have to disclose any information as to whom reported you. This is a private service and user confidentiality is strictly adhered to.. However they do a very complete investigation before any suspension or ban is issued. It only takes 1
complaint to get Enforcement to look into the complaint.Again use the link above to ask questions. That is where Enforcement lives.

What if some users report me for a false accusation, whether it’s an egrigous or communications offense, and results in a permanent suspension. Will the enforcement team be able to lift that suspension and suspend those accountable of doing such a thing?
The reason I ask this is because I’m much aware of the situtation of behaving properly and respecting the Code of Conduct. However, there are people who abuse the file complaint or report system and might get vulnerable people suspended from false accusations.

The enforcement team investigates every report, so they only suspend an account if they have proof that you have done something to violate the code of conduct or terms of service.

The suspension would not occur unless they have evidence of you doing what they said. In this case, they do as they don't just suspend people without a valid reason.
