2 Weeks problems with halo..

Dear people,

The last 2 weeks i only have problems with halo..

I already use now for 6 months a power line adapter with cable. 2 weeks ago

the connection dropped when i was in matchmaking. It told the something about the

dhcp server.. for 2 weeks now again and again.. I unplugged the modem and router and both power line adapters and turned down

a couple of times my xbox but nothing worked.. Even when i dont use the power line adapter and use the bad 2 stripe wifi i cant come further

then matchmaking. when im starting a game the other players load and it says loading game. But then t falls away again and again..

im *** *** off now. I dont pay for this. I pay to play. The strange thing is that im connected to xbox live and can watch netflix. But

i cant play halo 5 online? Its *** strange.

Please someone help me.. I did everything but nothing helps.

Read my first message.. I already did it like 3 times.

Today the same [Mod Removed - Please do not attempt to bypass the word filter.] with power line adapter with cable, dhcp server problems.

With wifi disconnected from xbox live problems. When i test my network it says that the connection is fine.

I can use EVERYTHING on the xbox but no online gaming... What is the *** problem jeez.

When im in the lobby matchmaking it kicks me out when the game almost starts the last 2 weeks.

I made some pictures with my phone. I can send them to someone with my mail if someone can help me..

This is not funny anymore i bought 1 year xbox live for online gaming not for netflix and that other
[Mod Removed].

Today tried again.. Same [Mod Removed - Please do not attempt to bypass the word filter.] again..

Going to matchmaking.. 4/4 game loading and then kicked out.

With ethernet cable and without ethernet cable.. Connection lost.. But the network test says

That the connection is fine without cable. With cable i get the cannot connect to dhcp server problem.

1 I live in the netherlands (Friesland)

2 I cant check the numbers sorry.

4 I play most of the time wired because the wifi is bad upstairs 3/5 stripes.

5 I tried everyrhing.. Modem router power adapters unplugged other ethernet cables restarted console

Like 50 times and more..

6 What is a NAT error?

7 No error codes just connection lost.. (You have been disconnected from the local network)

8 the ethernet is from upc (ziggo now) got a new modem in 2015 and a asus gaming router. That thing was

165,00 euros..

The strange part is that i have connection on my telephone and laptop no problems at all.

On my xbox one i can watch netflix buy things and talk and message to people. I even tested cod advanced warfare and i just can play online with it no laggs nothing ! But no halo..

 

Give us the name and model of the modem also ...but I would try and plug the xbox straight into the modem , not the router and see if its better...if you try this you will need to restart the modem (so its not looking for your router) and restart the xbox
as well...
