    2 Week suspension turned into a 3 Month suspension and I wasn't told.


    I recently received a console wide ban that prohibited me from playing multiplayer games and using any communication on Xbox live. The suspension was lifted on sept 2nd. I had a communications ban active at the same time and it was supposed to lift today
    sept 7th and I was curious about what time specifically it was supposed to be lifted. I checked my enforcement history and noticed that the notice wasn't there anymore. I talked to support just to find out my communication suspension lasts until December 4th.
    I was never informed. I'd like to have to this ridiculous suspension lifted or at least shortened.

    Please help me resolve this suspension.

    1. You said yourself that it is 2 weeks long, so the suspension is 2 weeks.

    2. No one here in the forums knows the answer, except you.

    3. No one here can assist you in removing the suspension or provide any information. Other than some staff everyone here is a user of Xbox Live just as you are. Go to enforcement.xbox.com to see the results of your suspension.

    Suspensions don't happen immediately. Nothing you did the day you were issued the suspension resulted in the suspension. It likely happened weeks or months ago.

    Why did I get a 2 week long suspension and not a 1 week long

    It wasn't that bad only 3 letters and it was by mistake, it just doesn't seem correct...oh and like I said it is showing I have 2 suspensions one for 1 week and another for 2 weeks...could this be a glitch?

    Besides that the gentleman i spoke to on the phone a long with a woman told me i should post on the forums and a representitive would be in touch.

    So if i do not get an answer I would be quite annoyed.

    Ive already served a suspension for 2 weeks, and if the extension is 3 months theres no way that im serving that for no reason, and furthermore a jump from 2 weeks to 3 months is absolutely ridiculous and im in a good mind to cancel my xbox membership seeing
    as theres no point im having one for an absurd 3 month suspension, and sell my xbox and move to a different console entirely.

    Im fed up of this enforcement system its ridiculous, theres so many flaws.
