    2 week console ban is over and I still can't play


    More than 2 weeks ago, my xbox one console was banned from communication and online multiplayer for exactly 2 weeks. The ban ended 4 days ago and yet I still can't communicate with my friends and play online multiplayer. I can't contact the enforcement team
    in a case review because my ban isn't active anymore. When will I be able to play and communicate again? Can someone at Xbox support please help me?

    My 1 week console ban is over but it still has the same suspension to talking

    Hello, I am having some trouble with my console. I have had a 1 week console ban and it is now over. However it still won't let me talk even though the suspension is over. I can play online which I couldn't before during the ban. I had a chat with Microsoft
    and they told me there is a 24 hour delay when it comes to bans sometimes however it's Been 24 hours and I still can't talk. There aren't any active suspensions but it still won't let me talk.

    My Suspension is over but i still can’t play

    so i got banned 2 weeks ago for nudity and sexual content for 2 weeks and it’s over now but now the ban is supposed to be over today i still can’t communicate or play multiplayer games it would help a lot if i can know what’s going on

    First Check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

    If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

    1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
    2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
    3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
    4. Attempt to use the social features now.

    Also you may need to contact support by phone to see if your ban was extended

    I did verify that all my suspensions are over. I removed my account and did a power cycle 3 times. It's still not working.

    You can check for any bans/ suspensions you might have here-
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/enforcement/showenforcementhistory


    If your ban is over and you are still seeing the effects of it, follow these steps:

    1. Remove your account from your Xbox
    2. Restart your console by pressing the xbox button, press settings, press restart
    3. Add back the account.
    You can also double check your privacy settings by

    1. Going to Sign in to your Microsoft account and click privacy settings.
    2. Then scroll down to "Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites?" and select "Everyone"
    3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to save

    Try removing your account from your console and re-download it afterwards.

  9. The first thing I would suggest is that you make sure that your ban is over and an extension has not been added to the account. You can check this by going to https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

    Once you're on that site sign in and click on the orange hammer in the top left. This will take you to the enforcement history page, If your ban is suppose to be over I would suggest doing a power cycle. (this usually fixes this issue.)

    To do a power cycle: You will need to press and HOLD the power button on your CONSOLE until the LIGHT turns OFF. Next you will need to unplug your console from the wall and wait 2 minutes. After the 2 minutes are up restart the console.

    If your suspension was extended and you don't want to wait for it to end. You can file a case review from that same page.

    There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
    an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support. Customer Support

    The first thing I would suggest is that you make sure that your ban is over and an extension has not been added to the account. You can check this by going to https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US
