2 week communication suspension lifted 2 weeks ago - still can't use party chat

this is my second time posting a thread. my issue has still not been resolved. I was suspended for two weeks (communications) - no argument there. That was lifted two weeks ago. I can text message, receive text messages, and hear people but can't talk via
headset. My microphone indicator lights up so I know the headset is working (its also brand new). PLEASE HELP ME get this issue fixed. I'm really frustrated. If you are a moderator and are going to post on this please do not give me the blanket "your gamertag
has been forwarded to the appropriate people." Give me a real update. I'm not happy with the lack of customer service coming from XBL.

Comunication ban

I have the same thing. Had a 2 week communication ban, it was lifted 2 days ago, and I still can not create parties/use voice chat etc.

What's going on?

They will tell you to go to a thread that suppose to update us. The thread is 88+ pages long and not a single update. It's a glitch in there s*** system that's been in there for months now. No fix. No update.

When staff replies to the thread however, they will "verify" their post meaning it gets bumped right underneath the first commenter so you don't have to sift through all the other comments. But Indeed this issue has not been fixed yet.

I put another post up. 2 weeks of this issue is absurd. There is no reason for this issue and I expect that this period of lack of communication will be pro-rated and not be part of my "12 month" membership. I do not have access to full features which I
am entitled to right now.
