2 Week chat ban for first offense?

Xbox Enforcement Team, Unban my account's chat privileges. Multiple week ban for telling Ark to fix their broken ****.. makes a lot of sense. I thought that I has a human am allowed to have an opinion whether it was liked or not. Gotta love this
world being taken over by easily offended millennials that get butthurt over words like butthurt.. its a damn shame that i have to come hear after formally apologizing through the
appeal process only to get told basically to go **** myself. Why should I have to censor the way I speak to appease others and their children? They're not my children and to be truthful if they're playing any of the games i play you're a terrible
parent, those games are fullllllll of gore, graphic language, some partial nudity and all rated M by esrb. So again i ask. If the magical Enforcement boogie men are here. Can you Unban my chat privileges, as I made a profane comment on the feed of an M rated
game. M for Mature, as in over 17, as in your 13 yr old spoiled brat shouldn't be playing it.. Thanks

Banning system

well this is my first offense and it's for 2 weeks. I've tried pleading my case but they don't seem to care.

 

Banning system

A 2 week ban usually occurs after the 3rd communication ban.

First is 24 hours.

Seconds is a week

Third is 2 weeks.

Unless its changed recently.

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums. If they upheld their decision with a case review, then there is nothing else you can do but wait out the suspension. While games themselves may be rated M, online interactions should be rated E for everyone.

 

The age rating on a game only means someone under that age can't buy it.

It does not mean they can not play it & as Smwutches said,it has nothing to do with xbox live & online play,everything you do on live must be rated E for everyone.
