2 week ban or first ever offense in over 5 years?

I am not sure as to why I was banned as I'm only in a party with friends, I checked over my messages to see if anything was offensive and I cant find anything...

The only thing that could possibly cause for my ban was the fact that I jet griefed a clan in GTA V who quickly voted to kick me out...

It says it was for communications behavior but I have no clue what else i can't find anything...

I attempted an appeal but i of course failed the quiz for the day can anyone help?

I'm in preview program I'm an ambassador and even in the enforcement team...

I've never been warned or suspended ever in my Xbox live life and I think a 2 week ban might be a bit much especially for something i may of not possibly done...

The length of the ban depends on the number of offense you committed

1)First offense is a 24 hrs ban.

2)Second offense is a Week ban.

3)Third may be a permanent ban from the game

Has anyone in this forum ever been banned for altering their AVATAR. ?? Do these so called police really want to ban you 4 ever over first offense. or r they cop wana be.?

The enforcement team are the only ones who have any information about your suspension so you can only find out information about it on
http://enforcement.xbox.com If you failed the quiz, you will have to wait until you can retake it to submit a case review.

A 2 week ban usually occurs after the 3rd communication ban.

First is 24 hours.

Seconds is a week

Third is 2 weeks.

Unless its changed recently.

well this is my first offense and it's for 2 weeks. I've tried pleading my case but they don't seem to care.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. If they upheld their decision with a case review, then there is nothing else you can do but wait out the suspension. While games themselves may be rated M, online interactions should be rated E for everyone.

The age rating on a game only means someone under that age can't buy it.

It does not mean they can not play it & as Smwutches said,it has nothing to do with xbox live & online play,everything you do on live must be rated E for everyone.
