Sorry to hear about the situation and it sounds like you took the correct steps to reach out to the
Enforcement team, but that being said, the
Xbox Live Code of Conductis
there to create an environment that is friendly for everyone and
is set in place to encourage good sportsmanship and positive communication.
If you run into a toxic player then Report, Block and Ignore the user, and do not engage them.
Enforcement does not see anyone as Defending themselves, they look towards the Code only.

(Side note: Enforcement does not Post, Read, or Comment on Forums nor can support offer assistance.)

Dude neither of us send any messages. The only thing i said was a jerk and my message wasnt deleted sooooo

So i called my friend a jerk and i got com banned for 2 weeks!!

If you got communication banned for an xbox message then that means your friend reported your message.
