    2 Stolen Xbox Codes


    Hello, I had two extra xbox live gold membership cards and decided to sell them on amazon. Somebody bought them and i sent the two codes through email. This person used the codes and then initiated a chargeback against me and unjustly won the case (this
    cost me 100+$)

    I can provide any information I have to bring this case to justice. I have invoices, e-mails between us, chargeback e-mail, etc...

    Please help me, I tried 3 different supports and nobody was able to help me. It's so difficult to accept a 100$ loss with a thief running free...

    Any help is appreciated, I'd even be happy with only one code returned - thanks

    yea cdkeys 95% of the time is good from what I hear its some of the sellers have been caught using stolen keys or bought steam keys using stolen cc's ala the origin fiasco a few months ago

    Console game deals with HUGE discount!

    they are not stolen, and our store paid MS distributor for those codes initially to be valid on their side. It is a great deal, considering some of the positions have up to 70% discount

    Technically speaking resale of Xbox LIVE subscriptions is against section 1.9 of the Terms of Usage agreement so Xbox support cannot help you.

    Xbox Ambassador stole my 12 month Gold code

    It's a foregone conclusion the code was stolen by an Ambassador, but XBL Support cannot seem to locate irrefutable evidence.

    Let's pretend I didn't know the code was stolen by an Ambassdor. I still know these things:

    1. I have proof of purchase for the code.

    2. When inputting my code, it says it is already redeemed.

    3. The code is not applied to my account.

    Therefore, it is logical to conclude that the code I paid for is not being used by me. On its own, how is this not enough to help me?
