2-step security question

In the end your account is your responsibility. Someone obviously knows your password, e-mail address, and enough information about you that they can walk through the security questions and answer them correctly. Turn on 2-step verification and change
the answers to your security questions then change your password.

Just in case, here are steps that may help with this process:

Step 1. Account.microsoft.com > sign in
> security > Change your Password

Step 2. Account.microsoft.com > security
> update your security info

1. Contact Xbox Support, Report the problem, they will be able to put your account on hold.

2. Contact your card issuer, place the card on hold or report unauthorized activity.

3. Wait for Xbox/Issuer to give a refund and make things right.

4. While waiting, change your account information, add security questions along with 2 step verification security.

5. Get your account back

Sign into account on account.live.com

Update a security proof ie security question and apply

Go to console and clear system cache and then re download profile

Ok,

Then remove all security information (Email, Phone) but update your Secret Question, then wait 30 days to add new Security proofs.

*For more security when adding secret question try as the following example:

Question: First Car ?

Answer: xxHarvardxx (answer does not related with the question as a plus add 2 letters or numbers at the begining/midle/end/both sides for increase security)
