So, to answer your question, you can access your account back with only one option - verify your identity with the help of your security information. That option will depend on how many security information you have added in your account.

contact Customer Support for more assistance with the Microsoft Account. The error
may be happening due to the cancellation of the previous request.

Thank you! That is one of the issue i am having. I cant seem to get that 30 day period restarted. I get a message saying:

"we're not ready for you yet, your account is unable to complete the request"

If it was just a matter of waiting it wouldnt be an issue.

Just reset the password through the secondary email you have provided. If you can't no one can help you with sensible info.

  we strongly recommend you have three pieces of security info associated with your account, just in case.
