    2 sons and one profile


    No comment but a question. My sons have been playing under one Xbox live profile. Now, the older one wants the younger one to get his own so he doesn’t “spend” his earnings in games and answer or run into the younger one’s friend.
    Of course neither wants to start the new profile bc then they would have to start over. Is there a way to copy a profile’s progress, purchases, and advancement in games such as fortenight to another new profile? Not sure if I am making sense, lol. Any help
    would be greatly appreciated

    I have 2 sons. I have 2 adult profiles, one for each. Can not login to one of the adult profiles. Can the adult profile I can login to adopt the other child?

    No. Nothing can be transferred between accounts. So one of them would have to start over.

    I have 2 sons. I have 2 adult profiles, one for each. Can not login to one of the adult profiles. Can the adult profile I can login to adopt the other child?

    Hi again,

    I have already done this without success.

    Xbox 1

    = Son 1 Xbox and set to Home Xbox

    = My profile is on here as well as Son 1s profile

    Xbox 2

    = Son 2 Xbox

    = My profile is on here as well as Son 2s profile.

    Son 1 plays on xbox 1 on his profile and game says you must log in to the account that downloaded the game.

    So he logs into my account....Games work

    Son 2 plays on xbox 2 on his profile says you must log in to account that downloaded the game.

    Log into my account, games work for son 2, but son 1 Now can't play the games

    Ok. Thank you. One more thing. Should I have an EA account as well for each individual profile? One for me, one for son #1, one for son #2? This seems to be related as well to online gaming?? Thanks again.

    Console 1

    Has my profile, set to Home Console, and Son 1 profile. My profile shows in subscriptions the Gold Pass, yet says i need to purchase a game pass.

    Son 1 profile shows no subscriptions

    Console 2

    Has my profile and Son 2 profile. My profile shows in su scriptions the Gold Pass, and says I need to purchase a game pass.

    However in son 2 profile it shows under subscriptions the Ultimate Game Pass.

    How did they end up on different profiles?

    What is going on 😭
