2 Rock band 1 xbox 360 games wrong region but games are NTSC

Hello everyone.

I was able to get an Xbox 360 with rock band drums and 3 guitars in great condition, I bought some guitar hero games (2, 3, WT, Warriors of rock, Aerosmith) and rock band 1, 3 and The Beatles (rock band 2 is still on the way).

The problem comes when I insert the rock band 1 game, a message shows saying it is the wrong region, the game is NTSC, I even bought a second rock band 1 (also NTSC) game and I still get the same error message, all my other games are also NTSC and they all
play correctly.

What could be the issue?

It does, i even created a new xbox gamertag and got the same results, I also not logged in to the console and got the same result.

Well if the first game you purchased was NTSC and it's specifically telling you that it's the wrong region code for your console then it would mean buying another NTSC game would also not work.

You'll need to purchase games that will work on your Xbox 360 console. There are some games that are not region locked, the games you wish to purchase are. You'd need to get an NTSC-J version of the game if available. NTSC and NTSC-J are different and are not
the same. You found games with NTSC compatibility this does not mean they will work on your NTSC-J console.

1.) Not unless you can find an NTSC-J version of that game.

2.) Xbox 360's are region locked, always have been, always will be. Xbox One consoles are not region locked, and you can purchase games from whatever country you'd like and play them on that console.

3.) No there are no reimbursements from Microsoft because you purchased the wrong games for your console, sorry.

That's wrong, PAL & NTSC have everything to do with region-locking, Pal & Ntsc are region areas of the world of the software & media industry. You cannot play a dvd film bought in America R1 (Region 1) on a UK Xbox 360 because of region-locking.
Just like you cannot put in a DVD sold in the UK and hope it works in your american xbox.. it won't work. You need a multi-region dvd player. XBoxes are not multi-region.
