2 release dates on store for SoD2 Ultimate Edition!

There a 2 release dates on the store for this game!

1 shows the old release date, 18-05-18, which was changed according to the email Microsoft sent out for pre-orders,

another shows 17-05-18, which is the new date as per the email information.

These are both showing on the store page, (at the top and at the bottom of the page)!

It is the 17-05-18 and past 00:00 and yet the store still refuses to let us play the game. It appears to be over riding the changed release date!

Microsoft continually disappoint me. The rewards program is turning into a gambling site, and now the pre-order promise of releasing benefits are nullified!

Time to buy a PlayStation????

Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition pre-order counts towards star boost?

The 21th is the official release date for Halo Wars 2 Standard Edition; the official release date for Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition is the 17th. You can buy (not pre-order) both Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition and the preorder version of it in the store now.
So, it's mighty confusing. But to be on the safe side I'd better buy the game on the 21th. What a mess!

Ultimate Edition preorder access not working

i have sod2 ultimate edition preordered, downloaded, and installed and it says i need to wait until the release date to play. the early access started like 2 hours ago, and my friend in the same area is playing already. why is my early access not granted?!
my games and apps still says preordered and my friends does not. so irritating.

Hi, the official release of the game for those who had the ultimate edition is what you said, the time instead depends on the time zone, the game came out a fewhours later but came out the day they had said the developers.

you can also buy a playstation and play with it, but I do not see how this can solve the situation, allowing you to play the game in advance.

I think the code will be sent to you when SoD2 is released...

Anyway if you want to be sure, just contact the official support team so they can check the situation...

Hmmmm, it does state
on the site that the code will be sent shorty after purchase. Not when SoD2 is released.

"A code for State of Decay: Year-One Survival Edition on Xbox One will be sent to your Xbox Live account shortly after purchase. "

I'll have to chase it up I guess?

I'm the same situation. I definitely bought the ultimate edition, I've been paying it since the early release date, but in the store it doesn't say owned next to the ultimate edition like it does for other ultimate editions I own.

Only the Gold and Ultimate editions had a release date of today the standard and deluxe edition have a release date of 10/05/2018

If you bought either the gold or ultimate and you are signed into the console with the account that purchased it they would show up in your ready to install section of your console.
