2 quiet beeps when plugging and unplugging power supply?

Can anyone tell me what the two quiet beeps are when I plug in or unplug my Xbox One X power supply. This is not the start up noise when pressing the power button.

I would honestly check the wall plug and try a different one, the connection should be smooth with no forcing or wiggling. This is just asking for a short out.

There is an issue with electrical arcing when plugging in the power cable. I need to wiggle the cable to a certain position before the xbox will power on.

Ok, in that issue, do not have it plugged in until you can have it serviced. either the cable replaced or the power supply in the console serviced. Leaving it plugged in is a big fire hazard and needs to be taken care of. Please check the

It happened when i connect whilst the power was plugged in. I dont know about a different outlet. I assume it is something to do with the internal power management of the xbox. Its less of a chime and more two discreet beeps.
