    2 questions about Minecraft realms


    1. The render distance on the realm is laughably small, making playing on a world of mostly water, where using distinct islands navigate is essential a nightmare. So I was wondering if there was anyway to increase this to something of the likes of 80 chunks,
    instead of what seems to be like 20, and if not, if there's any sign of such options being implemented in the future.

    2. I entirely intend on playing on the Windows 10 edition, but on my Xbox One I have a world that I love and would like to transfer to my PC using realms. The only issue being that my realm isn't appearing on the Xbox One. From what I've read this seems
    to be because I don't have gold, which I would understand if someone was trying to join my realm, or I was attempting to play multiplayer in general, but all I want is to be able to play and work on my world locally on the Xbox as well as my other devices
    and personally I feel not being able to do so because of not having a gold subscription kinda takes a bit out of the service and doesn't exactly make it feel worth it. So I just wanted to clarify that not having gold is indeed the issue and I haven't simply
    missed something.

    realmes seems to have its own subscription services. You don’t need gold to play it especially if from the pc, but you do have to set up this other sub. Asfar as renders, you would have to look at official minecraft fourms and look for updates and suggestions

    I don't think you can transfer WORLD ownership between profiles. However, if you upload the world in question to a realm, you CAN transfer the realm ownership between profiles.

    If you wish to take this route follow these steps:

    Activate the free 30 day trial of realms on Xbox. 2. Upload the world in question to the realm by tapping A on the pencil next to the realm and selecting UPLOAD WORLD.

    Any realm you are a part of will show up in your Xbox clubs in the Friends tab. Go there find the realm club and go to the MANAGE TAB. (It's the last tab all the way on the right.)

    Scroll all the way down and use the TRANSFER REALM OWNERSHIP option. Enter the new accounts email.

    On the 2nd account launch Minecraft Bedrock and again tap A on the pencil. Choose Download Realm. Now the world is saved to the Xbox again and can be played locally or offline.

    And I think this works only on Bedrock.
