2 problems I am still having

Hey,

Wanted to drop a note about 2 things that are still occuring with my ONE

1. Often, the system slows down to a point where I need to do a hard reset. Don't really know why, seems like it might be trouble coming out of sleep mode, or something eating the memory but I need to reboot (hold down power for 15 sec) way too often (a
couple times a week)

2. My ONE is having problems reading disks. But there is no Rhyme or reason to it. It's strange because it wont work, won't work, won't work then it will. Sometimes a hard reset will, sometimes it won't. It's not the condition of the disk either. I am actually
wondering if the way that the ONE is built makes it easy for dust to get into the drive because I swear, me blowing in the drive helps out a lot.

Usually there is no error code, oddly, even if the disk was fine the last time I had it, when I restart, it will not come up.

Im really nervous because I have yet to have a Xbox of any generation that didnt have drive problems. Anything suggestions would be great.

i tried downloading it at my friends house but it didn't work and it not fun cus i bought those microsoft points and there useless now

any other options avaiveble?

 

It's like the first days of the 360. Issue upon issues. All you can really do is what everyone did then. Return to retailer for exchange or have it serviced through xbox repair center. Again MS is doing a lot of corporate restructuring. Resignations and
newly appointed management. Everything should get better.
