    2 players Campaign mode/versus/horde doesn't work when playing Gears of War 2 Backwards ...


    I can't figure out how to get a 2nd local player to join me on Co-op campaign mode, versus or horde mode? When I try and add the 2nd user on the 2nd controller it only gives me the options to have a an "Xbox live guest" where i would need a 2nd xbox
    live account. It seems i can't add a local profile. I even added a guest to my Xbox live account via the Xbox One menu but when i try and do it on the backwards compatibility for the game it does work. I'm able to do it on Gears of War 3 but Gears of War
    2. The only thing i can think of is I don't have Xbox live gold. Has anyone else had this problem?

    Horde mode

    UE does not have Horde mode. If you use backwards compatibility to play Gears 2 or 3, you can access Horde that way 2 players Campaign mode/versus/horde doesn't work when playing Gears of War 2 Backwards ... :) I play it all the time on my One.

    In order to play a backwards compatible title from an Xbox One, it needs to have a unique profile signed in on that Xbox One. So with two players, you would each need to sign in using separate controllers and then once the game has been launched, download
    the second profile in the 360 Emulator.

    Give that a try.

    i've tried signing in with the 2nd controller once i'm in the 360 emulator but it will only allow me to sign in as a guest Xbox live account. If i try signing under my Xbox live account, it signs out of xbox live completely.
