2 Player on Local Machine

Hello everyone,

I was just wondering, where the point is, that one can not play Dead Rising 3 with two players on a local machine. I mean, it's a console. I want to play with my friends and family, not with strangers on the internet. So come on, what's the point of having
a console with two joypads?

The "other players" have to have a xbox silver or gold account. You should be able to friend them by searching for gamertag by going through the guide button.

I can't find any info on the subject of adding the other players that play on your xbox 360 to your friends list. Does anyone know how to do this?

 

i understand your point man but i think some games are not meant for 2 player split screen this game would be ok split screen i agree with u on that but its not as easy to make split screen as people think it whould of had to be pushed like 3 months and
there for whould not make any money

 

I'm new to the Xbox One platform and when I found out that I couldn't play Dead Rising 3 with my son locally (two players) I was extremly disappointed. When I purchased the console back in Jan 14, my expectation was to experience the games with my family
not online stangers.

 

Totally agree with the above, the limitations of the last gen were that it was difficult to implement co op on sand box games. Surely with the new gen and new hardware power it should be easier to have split screen
