2 Perm banned xbox accounts

Hello, so two of my Xbox live accounts have been Permanently banned for no reason, my friend decided to get his Xbox perm banned, and on his Xbox it got every account on that console banned including 2 of my Xbox accounts named "Gaara" and the second was
"Asuma" i spent over $3000 just on games on both accounts, in total. I would really like to get my account back knowing perm banned accounts have a chance to get the ban lifted from what I have been told from Xbox support, I would really appreciate it, I have
been playing PS4 because I am banned and honestly I don't want to leave Xbox just because they made a mistake like this that they can fix.

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

I was recently banned for no reason on BO2, I think a modder might have done it because I went on the game on my alt account on my Xbox and it was perm banned and right afterward my main account had a 2-week suspension.

 

you do realize you.commited.two violations right ?

First lending your account to anyone is suspendable which makes.your claim of being banned for.nothinf completely false

Any action he takes in those accounts is on you

That's why you dont lend your accounts out period

You should be taking the issue with your so called friend

You.cant filename case.review on any perm ban

However since it wasn't in your control.you need to.do.the right thing and file.inauthorized.access case with support.howefve since you know the person and willingly violated the terms of.use by lending him your account that's strike one

YYour first clue is your friend got banned also that means he was doing shaddy things

Maybe ask if he was harassing people on your account

 

Giving someone 2 of my accounts to gameshare and such is violating the terms? didn't realize that. He also didn't have my updated passwords, he just got his console banned for "Selling gamertags" my accounts happened to be on his xbox console, which in result
got my 2 accounts banned, so yes no reason i should have got banned.

 

nope not allowed period you are to.be there not giving your personal.info over the net or a phone line

Once the home console.is set you are legally supposed.to.change the password.or put a passcode or deletion

He does.not.need.access to your account to gain access to your games

You may only use it for your own personal purposes nothing else

If he was doing something that shaddy with your account that's YOUR ISSUE

When something that severe.occurs it.is.deemed.worth of.a console.ban

Stop.supporting shaddy people.it is.thst simple live life and play fair it's not rocket.science

So how many rules didn't you break

Not to.mention any violations he commuted using your account

And yes the rules ar the same on psn

 

once again, even with those rules everyone does it so Microsoft should be banning half of the Xbox community.

 

if you lend your account to shaddy people you accept the consequences

It's more for personal use no one other then you should have access to your account ever

 

so because i did one thing that everyone else does by accident trusting a good friend that i played with several years on end i should suffer the consequences of something that he had done? that's pretty stupid if that's the case.

Again take the issue with the shaddy person

Selling accounts is a violation and a banable action on any service and yes if you lend your account to your friend on psn and he commits violations you will be punished also if not severely

Any monetary damage you should take up with your "friend"

I don't even lend my account to my dog spot

Nor dk I keep my account on any other console.other then my own since home.console is by console not acount

 

Everyone doesn't do it.

The home console/game sharing feature is meant for households with more than one console,not for sharing with your friends & can lead to enforcement action.Thats one reason.

Sharing your accounts with other people,especially your account info is also against the ToU/CoC so that's another reason.

You clearly weren't banned for "no reason". Not knowing the ToU/CoC is not an excuse.

You are responsible for your account & everything that happens on it.

Permanent bans are not issued lightly & only after a thorough investigation.

All you can do is file for a case review if eligible on the enforcement site
