Thanks for coming to the forums. You would need to get with support. Have them look up the card that is being charged. This will pull up any account tied to that card. If you can verify the accounts, they will be able to provide you the information on the
accounts and cancel out any subs you do not want.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Hello, try asking for a refund of the purchase that was not made by you.

Do you only see one transaction on your account's payment history?

Is it the first time this happened?

You could look at the legitimate transaction info and call your card issuer or bank to cancel the second one.

Have you ever used the payment method on another account in the past?

Could someone have signed you up for gamepass and not told you? (the amount can look like a double charge if you're paying monthly for gold)

Go to your microsoft account and verify your payments. Find the one you havent made and make a claim for a refund.
