    Hello, my name is Natasha. I play a game called Ark: Survival Evolved on the Xbox One. This is on a Player vs Environment server.

    For the past two months, two people, namely one, have been harassing multiple people on the server and making it difficult for everyone overall. They have harassed both sexually and not, used slurs/sexist/racist/vulgar language, insulted others, purposefully
    gone around the PvE system to kill other people's tames, stolen items/tames, ect.

    Me and multiple other people started putting in reports 2 months ago, when this began, however no action has been taken. The main offender has grown brazen. As of yesterday, he searched for our little Facebook group and now have a list
    of all of our real life names, and even called some of them out on chat.

    I have tried reaching out to Xbox support, and after spending an hour, hour and a half, all that occured was them taking me around in circles, providing pages that did not help me in the slightest (I asked for a way to reach out to the Enforcement Team and
    they gave me this https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/howto#sub-topic2-0 which does not have a way of reaching them and I stated this), telling me
    to block them (when I explained that this does not protect us against them killing our tames and destroying resources) and in the end they blew me off, stated that
    eventually Enforcement will take action (despite it being 2 months, going onto 3 months now), and terminated chat before I could respond. I can provide the reference number for this conversation if requested.

    I am beyond livid at this treatment.

    People are leaving, considering quitting the game altogether, and are worried about their general safety because of this guy, and Enforcement has done nothing to correct it.

    I have reached out and put a ticket into Wildcard as well, but nothing has come of it yet. Plus this is a concern that Microsoft should take into account as well, considering that they are using their product for abuse.

    These are just examples of the things he has said/done, and I have over 60 screenshots like this. The last screenshot is right after he called out some of our real life names on chat. I can provide screenshots and the GT of his friend as well, but this
    is the main guy. We know of at least one of his alt accounts.

    We are quickly losing faith in you, Microsoft, in your capability to handle issues like this. We need help in removing this guy from our previously peaceful server. Why has it been 2 months of silence? Haven't we waited long enough?

    What else can I do to expedite this?

    Xbox Support was correct in directing you there as we here on the forums lack the tools to assist with enforcement related issues.
    Side note: Enforcement does not Post, Read, or Comment on Forums nor can support offer assistance.

    If you run into a toxic player then Report, Block and Ignore the user, and do not engage them. (Enforcement look towards the
    Code of Conductonly.) Additionally, you should report this
    information directly to the developers as this is also happening on their servers as well. Please also bear in mind the
    Xbox Forum Guidelinesin relation to "naming and shaming" other players.

    From the look of it, these are messages sent using the in game messaging service. Xbox has nothing to do with that, so enforcement would not be able to see it. Your best bet would be to contact the game developer/publisher and tell them about it. Enforcement
    can only take action if they can get a record of it from the reports taken on the console. This would be if you got a message through the xbox messaging system. This clearly is not from that, so the developer/publisher would have to take action instead.

    If you have reported the messages to Microsoft and to Studio Wildcard (the publisher of Ark: Survival Evolved), then blocked/muted the offending user, you've done all that you need to do. If you need to know how to block a player on Xbox Live, the

    I have already stated that one, blocking these players does not help, as they are going out and killing resources and our tames, something that a mere block won't counter. And two, it has been two months and no actions have been taken.

    Communication ban

    Nothing can be done from the forums side. Only enforcement team has access to the enforcement system. They are not present in the forums.

    If you have done a case review and they upheld the action you will have to wait out the suspension/ban.

    Xbox is for Everyone, thats why they have implemented the enforcement team to protect everyone from harassment etc, and to take the appropriate action if anyone breaches the code of conduct/term of service.
