2 Months Later since I posted my issue about XB Rewards and nothing

Discus and support 2 Months Later since I posted my issue about XB Rewards and nothing in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; It's been 2 Months and I still can't get my reward points the issue was caused by a Database error and was escalated but nothing has changed... please...     It's been 2 Months and I still can't get my reward points the issue was caused by a Database error and was escalated but nothing has changed... please I wouldn't mind to get this....

    Reward Credits Not Deposited

    I posted about a month ago that I have over 48,000 reward credits pending but that these were not being credited to my account. My message was referred to another team to resolve and locked. I haven’t heard anything since and the issue doesn’t seem to have
    been resolved - my latest Rewards Statement indicated I should seek support here. Could you please help to get my reward credits depositing correctly?

    Unfortunately, the team working on this issue has not yet provided us with their resolution. Since we cannot access the billable account database due to it containing personal information, we must await this team's resolution to this issue. Apologies for
    the inconvenience. When they provide their fix for this issue, your deposits should resume as expected.

    look back about 9 posts to what I said about 2 months ago... hard reset your XB console... if that does not work.. try hard resetting your router

    Game/App Resume Fails

    I have the original XB One as well. I have since seen other forum posts about this issue but no solutions yet. Think it may be related to the August 20 update but I didn't notice it till sometime later. May be SOL till an update after MS identifies the
    issue. I have had to hook my laptop up to the TV in order to go back and forth between games and YouTube. Frustrating.
