2 months and still no fix

2 months and my party chat is still not working you keep telling everyone its not an enforcement issue and that the right team from support is working on it well no offense but I have no confidence that it's going to be fix the support team has become so
bad they do nothing to fix problem other then do a hard reset which by the way never works after 2 months and still no fix means simply no major effort is being made we pay a lot of money and you fail when meeting customers needs

Media Player not recognising External HDD

Yep, 3 updates in 2 months and still no fix.

 

Communication ban was for only 24 hours.. its been a month now and I can't talk still in party or game chat? can this be fixed asap??

That's right . I'm having the same probelm since November 23 can't talk in party chats. So sad Microsoft knows about this problem for a while now but no fixes or no major update on it seems like they choose to ignore the issue .

 

As you know, they are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it. It does appear to be moving slowly but sometimes resolutions are not as easy as they might appear.

 

And yet they fail to keep us updated Xbox support its more like Xbox shows no support

 

Obviously if they are not updating there is nothing new to report.

 

So since October they haven't found any fix to update us about ?

 

That's what I would assume. Staff has stated repeatedly on the forums that they are working on the problem daily, and any news would be posted in the sticky post here:
