2 month old Xbox One X Broken and no Repair service available in ASIA - Microsoft Cheating All ...

Well, I have had an Xbox for many years and been continually subscribed to XBL for 11 years.

After waiting for the new Xbox One X to release I rushed down to the store to pick up my pre ordered console., What joy as I was now able to give my Xbox one to my 10 year old sign allowing us to play online together. However 2 months later my Xbox One X started
to go wrong, flickering screen, then bang Green pixel lines all across the screen.

Changed the HDMI cables tried 4 new ones, followed the support desks advice and suggestions through live agent, but still even after factory reset no good.

OK so repair was required I had accepted the fact that my console would be gone for several weeks and told my son don't worry it will be fixed. WRONG, the tech support told me that even though my console was still in warranty, because I was in Asia they could
not provide a repair service, but if I had a friend in USA then I could sent my console to them and they would then have to apply for a repair service, WTF ?

I told him, no, I have no friends in USA and I expect you to offer a repair service as your agreement states when purchasing the machine under the user terms and conditions. But they simply said sorry nothing we can do !!!!! Microsoft has no Service repair
center in Asia.

How can you retards at Xbox consider selling thousands of consoles through official and no official stores and websites, but then refuse to honor your agreement when it comes to repairing a faulty console?

Now I understand why SONY are winning the console war here in Asia because Microsoft as always just want to screw you and take your money.

Very unhappy and gutted to the core that I wasted my time effort and of course money on a black brick that is worth nothing, but a dust collector.

I live in India and cannot place a service repair order for my XBOX ONE X which is under warranty

I got my Machine in Hong Kong and I live in Hong Kong there is no Repair service provided in Asia so the Warranty is total **** and worth absolutely nothing - MY Xbox one X broke after 2 months and that was 4 months ago - still no choice or option to repair
so please don't preach about warranty and purchase location as Microsoft have got your money and you can go and fu%k yourself if we expect them to provide support and repair.

Warranty service is not eligible if you live outside of the original country of purchase.

can send it in for repair service from there.
