2 month old xb1 digital edition sent me to troubleshoot screen on reboot. Now stuck at 50%...

Mine was stuck on green screen for over an hour. Talked to xbox support. They had me reboot it a few times. Now I'm stuck with a black screen. I called amazon.com and they are overnighting me a new one.

I get the green screen, controller comes up on screen tells me to hit a button, then goes to a black screen. Tried leaving it on for half an hour, nothing. Rebooted 40-50 times nothing. On hold for over 2 hours now! This is BRUTAL!!!! Waited outside in
the freezing cold for a busted system! WOW!!!!

I bought the $20 pack for 50 boxes, and now I’m stuck on the loading screen.

Same problem here, played Titanfall and Ghosts just fine last night. Watched some Netflix and Amazon Instant this afternoon but when I tried playing games nothing seems to work. Tried Titanfall and I was stuck at the Signing In screen, tried booting up Ghosts
and was stuck at the loading screen (the one with the dude in a Ghost mask) tried loading up Battlefield 4 and that won't work either. I am still able to talk to friends via party chat and things are fine on their end. Tried rebooting my XB1 and also rebooted
my modem/router. According to my network settings on the XB1 console everything is fine… please help!

library (or your 'Ready to install' list on Xbox One) to see if the game shows up there! Be sure that you are signed into the account that originally redeemed the code, as well.
