2 month old laptop with taptiles preinstalled stopped working

i have spent the whole weekend trying to fix to no avail. on windows 8.1 and have uninstalled and reinstalled still only goes to open and freezes. Loved this game and all other apps including other xbox games work, but not this one. How do you get support
and help. I am so frustrated, I was happy to see this on my new computer now it just makes me angry an frustrated. even my previous posts from Friday night just disappeared. xbox support said sorry we can not help...really!!!

Taptiles 8.1 issue AGAIN!

We have the same problem, Taptiles minimizes itself immediately on launch an HP Envy laptop. It was working, then stopped. This problem exists with both accounts on the Envy. Taptiles works fine on both accounts on an HP Pavilion. On my desktop, Taptiles
will not connect to Xbox, although other Xbox games work fine. All systems run Windows 8.1 All systems are current on Windows and application updates.

 

Taptiles problems - we need your help!

Using Taptiles on Win10 Pro. I've been playing Taptiles for about a month without problems. Now Dash has stopped working. The other games (e.g., Daily Challenge, Relaxation, Origins) run fine. With Dash, the puzzle screen loads with the rotate and pause
buttons showing but the puzzle itself is missing. I've uninstalled and reinstalled TapTiles several times to no avail.

Well we will try to help here. So does the game launch and then freeze immediately? Does it crash? Can you walk me through what happens from the time you try to launch the game?

 

Thank you Helen, I dont know the answer. It launchs then goes to purple screen and flips to start screen when i shut down it is still open in purple screen. have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. sorry for typos very early this morning and no
sleep. please help. I mentioned my mothers new desktop does not have any issues but when I looked it is not logging into ms live network. i have told her not to until this is fixed because she is already hooked too

 

en mi lap inio el juego me sale que esta cargando y de repente se miniminiza y cuando quiero hacerla grande de nuevo se miniminiza de nuevo y no avanza

 

yo tengo este mismo problema. el juego vino con mi computadora. estaba feliz, pues es un buen juego. pero luego, de repente, ya no quiso abrir. aparece la pantalla de inicio del juego, y luego me envía de vuelta al menú de inicio. lo he desinstalado varias
veces y lo he vuelto a instalar, pero sigue pasando lo mismo. no entiendo, simplemente no lo entiendo... estoy frustrada...

 

Me pasa lo mismo, abro el juego, se pone en el inicio la pantalla púrpura y luego se minimiza. Si lo quiero maximizar, se abre nuevamente la pantalla púrpura y se vuelve a minimizar. Alguna idea????Desde ya muchas gracias!!!!
