    2 issues Call of Duty Modern Warfare and Call of Duty Cold War


    Neither of these games will launch at all.

    Modern Warfare hasn't worked since their update after Halloween. Not even Warzone the free portion will work. I own the disc. No scratches. Every other game works fine.

    Call of Duty Cold War will not launch at all. Gives a error code A.B.C.-.E.F.G.H.I.J.K.L.M.-.-.-.Q.R.S.-.U.V.-.X.Y.

    NEGATIVE 345 BLAZING GATOR

    Cold war was a digital purchase. I have uninstalled/reinstalled, cleared the cache on xbox, dumped half the games off harddrive, unconnected xbox, router, and is, and reconnected. Nothing works.

    How do I fix this or even just get a refund and switch to the enemy console. Not being able to call and talk to Xbox support or even email them. BEING FORCED TO USE A VIRTUAL AGENT that doesn't understand anything at all. Strongly considering canceling my
    xbox series x order because of not being able to talk to an actual human to fix known issues that they have....

    **** do I do to fix these issues?
