    2 Hours of every customer support avaliable and no help so far


    So after now trying every single solution possible, i still havent found a solution. ive done it all, deleted profile, redownloaded, cycle power turn off thing, deleting everything on my xbox, you name it. Whenever i go to "account managment" i get the
    status code : 8C150009 and that there is something wrong with the service, i also can not download Blacks ops 2, as ive bought it but it just stops when it reaches 70-80% and says "cant download"...

    New account cannot get free first month

    I created an account and spent 2 and a half hours on the phone with customer support trying to get the free month. I can't get it. Please help.

    Deleting and re downloading profile, factory reset, the cyclus power thing, changed settings. nothing works! ive tried every single customer support avaliable as well..

    I would try disconnecting the xbox from power for 30 seconds, then plugged it back in. Rebooting all of your networking equipment may help also if there's any sort of connection issue.

    How do I appeal a refund request?

    As far as I am aware its 2 hours, doesn't matter what is done within those 2 hours.

    You could try Xbox Support but I believe its a separate refund team so they may not be able to help but you could try.

    Maybe in your Region this game is not avaliable now, but here in Brazil we have the same bad surprise when the Castlevania was avaliable in Live with Gold, so then 2 mounths later the game was take avaliable to us. Maybe can be sone audience age conflict
