$2 Gold Promo Charging Me $10

I am having this same problem even though I used the promo 2 days ago and it is now deactivated. My gold that i had yesterday is gone and it wont let me get the promo again.

Clack - US does have this promo - a friend of mine just redeemed it 2 for 2$ Check all the promos on the dashboard.

it accepted the credit card yesterday. but my 3 month gold member expired yesterday and the promo for $10 for 3 months is gone.

My GamePass says it expires on 10/15. The small writing at the bottom says that I will receive the free code in my xbox message center after 2 weeks of purchase which was 9/22. I havent receivee anything and the free month haant been auto applied to my
account. My GamePass auto renews but I was late paying it that month and took advantage of the promo once I saw it on my xbox. The charge went through on 9/22 within the promo window of 9/19-10/31.

Crusader 10. My first level 10 promo weapon. Its not bad. 2 shot kills on silver across the map.
