2 Gamertags

If you do it correctly you can do it riggt the first time without waiting 30days

so gamertag 1 has ms account 1

and gamertag 2 has ms account 2

so you need an ms account 3

So you change gamertag 2 with ms account 2 with ms account 3

then replace gamertag 1 with ms account 2 and then wait for the 30days to replace ms account 3 for gamertag 2

so replace gamertag 2 and ms account 2

It sounds like she tried to create a new one instead of downloading the existing one (and it shouldn't let you create a new one when you have on with that e-mail). I'd suggest contacting Official Support via
http://support.xbox.com/contactus or calling 1-800-4MY-XBOX so that they can access the account and fix the issue.

And no it hasn't but idk if doing that will mess anything up

Yes, it has been discussed in regards to talking to customer support on the phone or with an agent, though if anyone has had this happen or dealt with it all feedback is appreciated.

I'm guessing that removing then re-adding the profile has already been tried?

it looks as though the "IXxProTigerxXI" is showing as the real name rather than as a second gamertag
