2 gamertags on one email? Help

So I'm quite sure I've got two gamertags(accounts?) on one email. However I can't find a way to login to the Xbox app by using any specific gamertag. It only asks for my email which gives me access to only one of my two accounts. How can I access my second
account if it's on the same email? Can I change which account should be linked to the email or something like that?`Activate or deactivate them. Thanks

Xbox gamertag transfer help

To be a bit more specific how do i make my current gamertag an xbox live gamertag?

Note: I have an account on the xbox one but want to carry over my gamertag from the 360 to the one.

***HELP***

Okay so for over a month now I have not been able to play ANY of the backwards compatibility on Xbox One. I was always able to play it until I visited family in Washington. I took my Xbox with me and the moment I hooked it up I tried playing GOW 3. And it
would automatically disconnect me from Xbox Live even though I never lost connection. On GOW 2 it would ask me to sign in again, but the gamertag it showed was my old gamertag. So I'm assuming that's the issue. (I did change my gamertag 2 times in Washington).
One of the xbox 360 games said to delete then reinstall. I did that to every single game and nothing. I also removed my account from both the xbox 360 and xbox one. On the xbox 360 it did in fact have my old gamertag. As soon as I redownloaded it, it went
to my new gamertag. I turn on the xbox one to test some of the backwards compatibility games.... AND NOTHING! What else should I do?? I'm clueless up to this point.

Each Microsoft account can only have one gamertag or Xbox Live profile attached to it. If you logged in to the
Account settings page on Xbox.com and you see two profiles, it is possible that the other profile is a Child account or a Parent account. To check the email address attached to the gamertags,
you may log in to the
Microsoft Family page.

If you are only seeing one email or account, we suggest that you contact Xbox Chat Support so they can securely verify the correct email address attached
to your second gamertag.

gamertag 1 is the email you want

gamertag 2 is the gamertag you account you want to move it to

well typically you don't move a gamertag 1 to more then one account

first you free an account with the email you want with the one you created

that frees it up

then you use the email you want on the gamertag 2

so unless you are swaping two emails between two accounts you do have to wait the 30days on one of them

It's not possible to tie two gamertags to one email, it sounds like you may used a different email to create your original Gamertag. Have you tried using an alternate email address to see if that helps?

Make sure that email#2 is not logged in on any devices as a Microsoft Account except on your Xbox console as it may automatically generate a gamertag. After moving the gamertag under email#2, you can contact Xbox Support to check if there is no more gamertag
under email#2 so you can proceed moving gamertag under email#1 to email#2.

Licenses can't be transferred to another account. To access them you'll have to re download the profile. I would actually call support to confirm what WLID they have on file for your gamertag. Even if it's no longer usable or existing, when you go to login.live.com
that's the WLID your going to put in for the reset. Once you are able to sign in after downloading your profile you can change the WLID.

To keep the licenses unfortunately you're always going to have to maintain that account in addition to your own, meaning a valid WLID and proofs so that whenever you move consoles you'll have to download that profile and do a license transfer.

To change your WLID when you are able too:
support.xbox.com/.../switch-gamertag-to-different-microsoft-account

-And your going to have to do that between 2 gamertags because you created another.
