    Currently showing two gamer tags. Have had a couple gamer tag changes and trying to

    Revert back to my original one. The bottoms name is my most recent paid name change, but my account shows the top one to my friends when I’m online I have tried to remove the profile off of my Xbox and reload it with no luck

    Yup. So that's why it shows separately. If you change it from the website, it should change the top one at least, but it may also give you the option to change both (some people see that and some don't, but I'm not sure why).

    I think it was done on a Xbox 360. So if I understand correctly it will never show the “” as my gamer tag on Xbox x?

    Where did you make the change?

    The bottom one is what is now considered a "classic" gamertag. Typically those are only shown if a person changes their tag to one that has special characters or something that can't be shown in all areas, but occasionally people will get the option to change just that tag on the website or if you change it on a 360 it would change that one.
