2 Day Trial Not Working and Account Suspended from old suspension

I redeemed a 2 day trial for my Xbox one account through the Xbox app on my phone around 5, got back on around 7 and it would not let me play any online games or start or join a party. I contacted Microsoft support and they said my account was suspended
so I checked my recent suspensions. I was suspended back in May 20th of 2016 but the weird thing is that I was able to play Battlefield 4 with some friends 4-5 days ago and it said that I could not join a party because of an enforcement action. It also transferred
me to buy Xbox live even though I had redeemed my 2 day Trial.

XI SiMs/enforcement

My account got suspended for 2 weeks, the exact date the 27th was the day my suspension was supposed to be uplifted , I got online my account was able to play online again but I’m still not able to communicate with others online, my account should uplifted
from the suspension and I should be all clear to play and to talk

Suspension/Ban

This thread is to bring much needed attention to the suspensions and bans. While I could write a book on this, keep it simple, or try. You have your player feedback. Good/needs work ect.. Reality is, people have no clue, with the exception of "complaints" what their being suspended/banned for, till persons submits case review. Then after review, persons has no clue why they are suspended till after, is this a fair process? By then, the "oh, I had an ignorant moment" strikes.. Then it's too late to appeal or make a case. Already done. I hope, with the backing of others, think their needs to be further review of policy. Their are the repeat offenders, keep them honest. Then you have the first time offenders that get 2 week suspensions, again without knowing why until case review is done, many see this as unfair.. Then it shows, you can still play multi player but communication restricted- I find this a false statement considering, temp suspensions- your unable to play multiplayer. What about those that understand and take ownership? 2 weeks on first suspension? Harsh considering kids that curse others on their parents account..? Yet, the one that defendes themselves, suspended, understand 24 but 2 weeks, first offense? Shouldn't there be an objective perspective/judgement also explaining discpline opposed to the current..? I'm all for making a safer community but what's the harm in looking @ the repeat offenders vs first time!? Gamers should always respect others! Parents should monitor. Keeps hard working Xbox live workers from having to deal with hot heads.

Sounds like you may have a console privilege suspension.

If your main account is suspended then using a secondary account to avoid suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct.

A console privilege suspension is issued to stop you from doing this.

Any account on that console,old or new,will have the same restrictions as the suspended account.

This is how the reporting system works and how you can be suspended while currently serving a suspension.

1. Report A comes in to the enforcement team they investigate it (can take up to 2 weeks to investigate depending on how many reports they get) and give you a 7 day suspension from the date they finish their investigation for Report A.

2. Report B comes in for a different rule infraction during the 2 week period that they are investigating report A and they investigate that infraction and deem that there was a rule infraction so they put another suspension on the account for that infraction
that happened to start 2 days after your Report As suspension started.

See this all happens because it takes time from the date a report is made for the enforcement team to investigate the report to make sure there was a rules violation.

So can you still explain to me why I got this harassment thing when I couldn't talk to anyone for those two days? It still very confuses me

basically in a nutshell what i was trying to say in my explanation is that suspensions are not an immediate thing when a report is made it takes time for the enforcement team to investigate the report so say you got reported today and it takes the enforcement
team 5 days to investigate and put a suspension on your account if there was a rules violation. well and say in 2 days there is another report made for a different rule violation and it takes them 5 days to investigate that one. At the end of the first investigation
they would suspend your account for the first violation. then at the end of the second investigation they would put a second suspension on the account for the second violation. which would make it look like you got suspended again while you were already suspended
but in reality it takes time for the enforcement team to investigate each report.

Either another account on your console is suspended or your suspension has been extended due to other violations you committed being discovered.

If it's 100 day suspension it wont show on the enforcement site & can not be appealed.

Using another account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct so they issue console prvilage suspensions to stop people from doing this.

That means any account on that console suffers the same punishment as the suspended account but will work on other devices.

Couple of things

1. Enforcement does not look at bans/suspensions over a year old.

2. Even if it was less then a year old here is a direct quote from the code of conduct which can be read here https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct

"UPON RECEIVING A PERMANENT SUSPENSION, YOU FORFEIT ALL CONTENT LICENSES, GOLD MEMBERSHIP TIME, AND MICROSOFT ACCOUNT BALANCES ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUSPENDED ACCOUNT."
