2-day trial code not working

    2-day trial code not working


    Hi guys,

    I entered a 2-Day trial code (that came with Fifa17), which was successfully typed in and worked but it's not allowing me to play online multiplayer. I've restarted my xbox several times,my age and network settings are correct. I tried several games: Fifa17,
    GeOW4, dark souls3. I tried to remove and redownload my account

    I tried redeeming the code again but it now says that it is used.

    It doesn't seem like I have gold even though I entered a code and the expiration date is in two days. It sends me to the "buy Gold"-screen. It's been 4 hours that I am trying to fix that.

    What do I do guys?

    2-day trial code not working

    You don't have gold.

    A trial only gives you limited access to some xbox live gold features.It doesn't make your account gold.

    A lot of games wont let you play online with a trial,you would need a full gold subscription.

    I know that technically I do not have gold and I do not have access to certain features but at least I should be able to play online multiplayer. It is not the case, maybe I am missing something but this is how it worked on Xbox360.

    My 2-day trial came with Fifa17 and I can not even go online with it.

    14 Day trial ended after 1 day

    Please bear in mind Xbox Gold trials does not stack to each other. If you redeemed a 14 day trial code then redeem a 2 day code it will remove the 14 day trial code. Have you redeemed other codes besides the 14 day trial?
