2 day trial code is not working

Discus and support 2 day trial code is not working in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I bought a controller that had 2 day trial code for xbox live.     2 day trial code is not working


    I bought a controller that had 2 day trial code for xbox live. However when I feed in the code by QR or keyboard I am told that the code is not found "Antamaasi koodia ei löytynyt. Tarkista koodi ja yritä antaa se uudelleen."

    What is the problem?

    2-day trial code not working

    I know that technically I do not have gold and I do not have access to certain features but at least I should be able to play online multiplayer. It is not the case, maybe I am missing something but this is how it worked on Xbox360.

    My 2-day trial came with Fifa17 and I can not even go online with it.

    You don't have gold.

    A trial only gives you limited access to some xbox live gold features.It doesn't make your account gold.

    A lot of games wont let you play online with a trial,you would need a full gold subscription.

    14 Day trial ended after 1 day

    Please bear in mind Xbox Gold trials does not stack to each other. If you redeemed a 14 day trial code then redeem a 2 day code it will remove the 14 day trial code. Have you redeemed other codes besides the 14 day trial?
