    2 day old Console Issue.


    I just bought my Xbox One 2 days ago, and already I'm disappointed by far. The game I JUST got will not install because the Xbox will freeze up on installing it, once I power down the console and turn it back on will freeze and get no video, causing me to
    have to unplug the blasted thing and plug it back in, and it JUST WILL NOT STOP. Is there a fix, or should I just take the Console back to Gamestop?

    Xbox Power Supply Issues

    apparently this is an issue because my 2 day old xbox one has this same problem tonight.. I'm so disappointed....

    Never ending issues with our Xbox One Consoles

    Had one issue with my day one console and that was just needing a reboot and everything was fine, it was when it was saying it was not connected to the net but it was and wasn't showing the featured games or my pins, no had any other issues at all and I have 2 consoles. Both perfect.

    Take it back. That's too many issues for a console, period. I can't imagine it will get any better.

    Hi there,

    You could try a factory reset, to see if that helps, but if it doesn't help I do advise the same. I personally haven't experienced any freezing at all.

    I'm assuming that GameStop should be able to replace it for a new console, since you just bought it.

    Regarding the topic: 14 day trials and 2 day codes do not stack, only xbox live subscriptions stack (not trials)
