2 day isn't working

    I have gold Xbox live card but it ended today. I have a 2 day Xbox live gold trial but every time I put the code in it isn't working!! What can I do?

    I'm having a similar problem when trying to renew by subscription. The people on chat couldn't really help me, did you get this resolved in the end?

    Hey XMurder Ink 87X and charmed98,

    On that error page on the bottom right should be an error code that might Looks similiar to "XBOS-XXXX or INVALID_XXX".

    If your seeing that error, can you please post that error code here?

    well 2 days ago it was working fine and was playing the game very well so that isn't a good explanation.

    14 day gold subscription isn't working?

    hi, i had exactly the same problem the other day. the 14 days code was not accepted. then i had another 1 month code. and it worked. what was the problem i never found out. maybe it was just a temporary problem.

    Is the first time that you have gold? If not, thats is the issue, you cannot use a trial code if you already had before gold, only works on new gold users.
