2 cursors when playing on xbox

I am aware of the issue you get on Xbox when you plug in your mouse and keyboard to utilize them while playing Fortnite: Battle Royale: There are two cursors displayed. We encourage you to send a report to team Xbox. You may download the free Xbox Report a Problem app. To do so:

1. Press the Xbox button  to open the guide, and then select Store.
   
2. Select Search, and then enter Xbox Report a Problem in the search box.
   
3. Choose the app from the search results, and then select Download.

Hi,

I have a similar issue.

The game is downloaded (just the first batch, c.2 GB) and Installed, according to the Store. When clicking "Play", all I get is a black screen and a cursor.

Any suggestion? Many thanks

The game launches for 2-3 second,

My screen turns black, my cursor turns into the game cursor, and then it crashed aka disappears. Sometimes it last 4-5 seconds and I see the first screen which says Xbox

To be honest Xbox consoles typically don't allow you to control or manipulate the cursor while playing games in full-screen mode. The cursor is usually managed by the console's system software and is not accessible or adjustable during gameplay.

The problem is still there, moving the cursor to the bottom of the screen in edge, just moves it to the corner of the screen in Fortza. The edge browser screen is not using the entire screen, like a game does. The cursor is still visible and will not go away or can be moved when the Fortza game is being played.
