    2 controllers won't turn on. How do I fix them?


    I have 2 series x controllers that have completely bricked. I have tested them with new batteries and connected them to power via a charge cable. I've tested the main power terminals with a multimeter on both as well and am getting correct voltage on both.

    They won't light up and my series x and PC won't recognize them. I've also taken them apart to inspect the PCB's and haven't seen any glaring issues, no burnt diodes or capacitors ect.

    Does anybody have any idea what to do at this point? It seems crazy to me they would just completely die especially since there's power to them.

    I apologize but the keyboard and mouse is currently not supported in cloud gaming. You can only play using your controller.
