    2 consoles, different dashboards


    I got an Xbox One X in February, and stopped playing in my One for the most part. Every time I would power up my One, it would need an update. I noticed the dashboard looked different than my One X. I recently figure out it had to do with the Insider program. I recently (today) installed the Insider app on my One X and updated the console/controller, but it still has the vanilla dashboard. I'm in Preview Delta. Is there any way I can get my One X to have the preview dashboard like my One has? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Happy Holidays to everyone.

    Just like EggsBoxJuan said, you can not be signed in on both at the same time...

    However, you can have your profile on as many consoles as you want.. :)

    Hi, if you mean can you be signed into two consoles with the same profile then that isn't possible at the moment. As soon as you sign into the second console you will be signed out of the first.

    Promotions are shown at random and to different people for different reasons. If it's not showing on your dashboard it may not be available to you or it may show at a later time. The ads on the dashboard refresh when you turn on your console.
