Discus and support 2 and 14 day trial cards in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So normally people have the problem of NOT getting their gold i see.     So normally people have the problem of NOT getting their gold i see. Well, my gold expired Feb. 14th, and now as i'm trying to use these 2 and 14 day codes, it tells me i'm already a gold member. Which i definitely am not. Suggestions? Id really like to
    enjoy the multi-player aspects of these games i just spent almost 200 dollars on........ sorry... just frustrated... any help would be greatly appreciated.

    problem with gold activation

    Trial cards do not stack. You would have overwritten the 14 day trial by adding the 2 day trial.

    Hi,

    You don't have any sort of a free trial attached to your account. If you were offered a 30 day trial on the console dashboard you'll need to add a payment method in order to take advantage of it.

    If you redeemed a trial code like a 2 day or 14 day trial, or even a 30 day trial code from a redemption card then you wouldn't need any sort of payment details. The 2 day/14 day card doesn't give you gold status but lets you play online for the stated days
    (2 or 14 days, depending on what you redeemed), or 30 days (which will give you gold status) if you redeemed it from a gold subscription card.

    The 14 day trial doesn't give you the "full" gold benefits.

    Some games can't be played online with a 14 day trial card.

    The code that comes packed in the Xbox One (Day One Edition or standard edition) is indeed a 14-day trial. The can be using on an Silver account. If you already have a Gold account then the trial card will not work. If you are already using another 14-day
    trial card, using this one before the end of the first trial card will not "stack" the cards and you will only have 14 days from the time you redeem it. Hope this answers your questions. If not let us know and we will be more than glad to answer.
