2 Achievements Not Unlocking Despite Multiple Attempts

Hi,

Thought I'd post here because I do not know where else to go for help.

I have had a problem unlocking two achievements in Rise of the Tomb Raider on the Xbox One. I am able to unlock other achievements in the game, just not these two in particular: "Who Needs a Map?" and "One Way to Do It".

I have tried the following:

1. Resetting the Xbox (through the "power and start up menu under settings)

2. Resetting the console entirely (but keeping all of my game data and games downloaded)

3. Power cycling the Xbox (more than once)

4. Checking my progress under the game's hub on the Xbox One

5. Deleting my account off of the xbox and then re-adding it.

And I have also been to this thread (and completed the survey): Achievement Unlocking Issues? -- CHECK HERE!!

Yes, I was connected to Xbox Live. I was playing with a friend and they got the achievement, but I didn't. I went back later and re-attempted the achievement solo. Still didn't get it. I have screenshots on my drive of me having proof that I've fulfilled the
requirements - when you complete a challenge, it goes on "cool down" for 9 hours..

Is this a problem with Xbox Live, or possibly my account?

Halo: MCC "Just Browsing" achievement stuck at Unlocking since 2015-03-31

Typical story of Halo: MCC achievement being stuck in unlocking despite trying all the steps in the sticky without any luck what so ever.

I was hoping this achievement would finally unlock, but it seems its still stuck in the "Done, Unlocking" phase since March 31, 2015. I've played multiple multiplayer game variants of this since then but the achievement refuses to pop.

Any suggestions?

 

Achievements!?

Is anyone else having a problem unlocking achievements? Despite my completion of many, the game will not unlock the achievement for me. This has happened on multiple occasions. Decryptologist, Change of Heart, and Lucky 7's didn't unlock until i logged in
one morning many days after completing it. Is there a bug in the game or something? Right now Relic Hunter will not unlock. How do I go about getting my achievement points?

I deleted the data off of the console and played without re-synching my current data with cloud. I managed to get them with no issues. So perhaps it was my save file? I dont know, but either way, that seemed to have worked. I was then able to get my full
save that I deleted from the cloud so that I didn't lose my progress.
