2 Achievements didn't unlock

The achievements "Slash Slash, Slashity Slash!" and "Walk it Off" didn't unlock when I did the prerequisite for unlocking them. The Slash Slash, Slashity Slash one was easy to attempt over and over and just wouldn't unlock for me but I got other achievements
before and after. Walk it Off also didn't unlock for me even though I only used 1 First Aid Med in my play through.

I got achievements before and after them so I don't think its a server issue at all and I'm absolutely sure I completed the prerequisites so I'm not sure what to do.

[INTRODUCTION]

Hi my name is Harvey Turner AKA Gamertag:

I was hoping someone may be able to help me.

[INCIDENT]

I was playing the new Call of Duty WWII on my Xbox One S, Me and a friend are both playing on 2 different console's and have been trying for the past couple of week's to complete a certain challenge to get an achievement, We have both spent countless hours
trying to beat the Hardcore Easter Egg on Call of Duty WWII Zombies on the map called: The Final Reich. We finally beat the boss and completed the challenge which was suppose to give us both an achievement called "Dark Reunion". Upon completion neither one
of us received the achievement "Dark Reunion" so as you could imagine me and my friend are both a bit confused as to why we havent receieved the achievement.

[PROOF]

If you goto my capture's i have a recording of Call of Duty WWII Zombies which show's i have all 6 perk's unlocked which can only be aquired after completing the "Hardcore Easter Egg" on the map "The Final Reich" on "Call of Duty WWII" "Zombies".

[OUTRO]

I hope somebody is able to help me as this as this was such a hard achievement to get and we have both put in a lot of hours trying to get, We are both feeling a little down about this and would both be extremely grateful if someone could help us.

P.S I wasn't too sure if I should post this under game or under console and account due to the achievements being under both catagory.

Achievement didn't unlock!

this sometimes happens on games, i have had achievements pop 3 months after i earned them lol. there can be a few hours delay on the odd achievements.

i am also having this problem, unlocked one level achievement fine last night then the nest 2 level didn't unlock at all. tried redoing the level and it still didn't unlock

First, welcome to the Xbox community. I'm sorry you're having this problem.

Unfortunately, it will be necessary to play again, since once the achievements are not unlocked it is necessary to make the objectives, however before doing that I suggest you clear your Xbox cache to prevent this from happening again. To do this follow the instructions below, please.

Press and hold the "Power" button which is located on the front of the Xbox until the console turns off completely.

Unplug the power brick from the back of the console and make sure that you unplug it directly from the console and not the wall socket.

Press and hold the "Power" button of the console for at least 1 minute and release it. After releasing, press it a couple of times to completely discharge the static electricity.

Plug the power brick back in and wait for the orange light of the power button to turn white.

Press the "Power" button to turn the Xbox on.

After that, your console's cache memory will be cleared which can prevent this kind of bug.

All the ones that were unlocked on 20/2/2012 were the ones I had problems with, they didn't unlock for me at all.

I played the game again in February 21st and got the Robin Revenge achievement, suddenly all the achievements I didn't get the last day started popping up and the Robin Revenge achievement showed as if I unlocked it one day before which is odd. I deleted
the profile, recovered it and played later that night, the Nightwing Revenge achievement unlocked normally. Today playing Catherine I was supposed to get an achievement but it didn't unlock, I had to re-do the process to finally get it to unlock
