2 accounts when i put my info in to download 360 profile after name change

From what I understand this is when you get a free name change.



Making a offline profile on the 360 to a online profile. if the name is taken it will let you choose a new one for free.



If you used the Random name genarator when creating the account then you can have a free name change (not sure if you can still do this)



A forced name Change from the XBLPET team if your name is in breach of the CoC or ToU.





As for going from silver to gold with a profile that has conected to live I have never heard of that have you got a link to that info?

ok, first go to and REMOVE YOUR ACCOUNT from PROFILE, then after that UNPLUG POWER to CONSOLE and ROUTER for 2 min, then plug ROUTER in and wait 2 more mins, now plug POWER to CONSOLE in , turn on and now try to enter WiFi in and now download account,
when you put in email and password for account, make sure to put a check into box that says REMEMBER SIGN IN INFO.

It's Still using my old name on here as my profile name I managed to download my account after waiting two days but now it still wants me to change my gamertage again, as well as download my profile. When I try and download the profile it gives me error
80154002 and I have had this account associated with the same email its whole lifetime so i'm not sure why It would say its not associated with one.

So I tried to download my Xbox Live profile again, and got the same error message. Just to recap, Ive deleted the gamer profiles from my Xbox 360 console and then:

1. Deleted the system cache 3x

2. Select "Download Profile"

3. Enter my recently updated Microsoft account info and updated password

- Note this same MS account user name and password works fine via the PC browser on the xbox live website

4. Once I enter the MS account name/password it shows my recently updated Gamertags (2 accounts listed under our Gold family pack subscription... so it seems like the account login is working correctly and it knows this is my Xbox live account and these
are the gamer profiles to download

5. I select the main/primary xbox live account to download (this is the primary account gamertag)

6. Displays: "Hi <gamertag> ... downloading profile....

7. After 5-10 seconds I get this error:

"Sorry Xbox Live profiles cant be downloaded at this time. Try again later ... 80151103"

I cant believe this keeps failing. What am I missing here? Very frustrating

What error do you get when you try and download?

Couple things:

1. Make sure your password is not longer than 16 characters. The 360s including the emulators on the Ones do not like passwords longer than 16 characters so if yours is then change it to something less.

2. If you have two step verification turned on. Either turn it off or use your app password again the 360s including the emulator do not play well with two step verification.

Are you trying to download your profile from the 360 emulator? Or the Xbox One side of things?

801540A9 and when i try to download my xbox one profile from the 360 emulator ig or both but when i click a to sign in a screen pops up saying download profile and when i click the start and option buttons to put in my info to download its the same
