2 accounts (US and AU)

Discus and support 2 accounts (US and AU) in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I redeem a code for $25 which was successful but the credit goes to a US account, but I'm a PAL (Australia) i was trying to buy games but i can't buy...     2 accounts (US and AU)


    I redeem a code for $25 which was successful but the credit goes to a US account, but I'm a PAL (Australia) i was trying to buy games but i can't buy any. I can't understand when i logged in to my microsoft account i notice i have 2 personal account US and
    AU.

    Can't download the map packs in Australia?!?!?

    This is how region restricted content works. In order to access it you must meet
    all of the criteria:



    XBL Account Region+Game Disc Region+Actual Physical Live in Region=Must match



    example:



    US+US+Au=Denied US+US+US=Access US+Au+US=Denied US+UK+Au=Denied



    Since your account is out of region and the content is region restricted you will not be able to get it with that account. What you would need to do is create a free Au account, add Au ms points to it and download the English
    version of the DLC. Then so long as you do not change consoles the other accounts on the console can share the DLC.



    Also, if you live in a non-Live supported region you would not be able to access the DLC and there would be no work around for it.

    $40 XBOX codes up for grabs...

    Plastic - I redeemed the codes online through the MS store (while logged into my account) and they went into a NEW US account, as you're suggesting... I just want to confirm, basically, that anything that I buy in the US store will still be accessible to me when I switch back to a CDN account.... is that your experience? everything you buy is available to you in either / both accounts when you're set to either US / CAN / AUS? Thanks!!

    If you call customer support they can send you a code for your area but it takes up to 2 weeks.Just explain your situation and they will help.(Be friendly and polite for best results.)

    The second one is blocked as I couldn't remember my password. I use both as I have 2 accounts on xbox

    I wonder if purchasing another Minecraft will solve the problem:

    My older son does not want to loose his account, that is currently a Mojang account, and cannot be migrated to Microsoft.

    My younger son is using the older son Microsoft account to play.

    Each one purchased a different Minecraft (different Transaction ID)

    Current status is:

    Son#1 - using a Mojang account with *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

    Son#2 - using Microsoft account with *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** == > I want to change this to *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** Microsoft Account which is currently not using Minecraft under his account.

    This way son#1 can migrate from Mojang (*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***) to Microsoft (*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***)

    So can you please describe how another purchase will help here? how to purchase the 3rd game?

    I don't see how another purchase can solve the problem
