2 accounts on Xbox Live - Bungie Problem

I have an Xbox 360 and a Xbox One. Knowing that I cannot have the same account playing at the same time I created a 2nd account that I use on the Xbox One. I set up a Bungie account (Destiny)and I cannot join a clan because it cannot link my 2nd account.
I tested this by logging into my Xbox Live account and noticed that it doesn't list my 2nd account either. Everything under Destiny was done under my 2nd account.

How can I link my accounts so that Bungie.net will recognize that I use my 2nd account?

This problem also shows up when I try to view my friends on websites like bungie where I have linked my xbox live account.

What I said was is that I get the error "The name of the creator of this file is not allowed on Xbox Live". I have spoke with Xbox Live support, did the recover account thing, and they say it's probably a problem with Bungie. I posted a message with Bungie
(and applied for a job with my problem in it) and they say it's a problem with the account. I think it's a problem with Halo Reach since I can upload content with Halo 3, just not Reach.

Just Bing or Google for "The name of the creator of this file is not allowed on Xbox Live" and you see that I'm not alone, and please escalate to Bungie!

 

You can't link to the two gamertags to the same bungie account. However, you'll be happy to know that you can actually use the same gamertag on both the Xbox One and Xbox 360 at the same time. This is because both consoles are considered separate entities.
